Space Specific Details fixes that.
You can now configure each space (room, flat, or unit) with its own information, all in one place. These details are automatically used across guest communications and automation.
Each space can have:
- Wi-Fi names and passwords
- Door or access codes
- Room-specific notes or instructions
- Menus assigned only to that space
Editing space details is simple and flexible, so staff can update information without touching guest messages or automation rules.
Once configured, these details automatically flow into the guest journey. Door codes, Wi-Fi details, and other space-specific information are shared with guests at the right moment, without manual intervention.
This keeps guest communication accurate, reduces staff back-and-forth, and ensures guests always receive the correct information for their specific space.
