"Is this guest checking out today or tomorrow?" shouldn't send anyone digging through a PMS tab while a guest is waiting on a reply. Butler AI keeps room, stay dates, and contact details visible right inside the inbox — and editable there too, without ever leaving the conversation.
Guest info, where staff already work
This isn't a separate guest-management tool competing for attention — it's stay dates, check-in/check-out, and status built directly into the Inbox and Chats views staff are already looking at all day. Nothing new to learn, no second screen to keep open.

Stay dates on every row
Every conversation in the inbox already shows what used to require a lookup: room number, stay status (Checked In or Checked Out), the actual check-in → check-out dates, nights, and the last message — all in the same row Sofia Martinez's towel request appears in. A glance at the list answers "how long are they here" without opening anything.

Quick Preview, one click from the thread
Need more than the row shows? Profile View opens a Quick Preview right over the conversation — room number, stay status, check-in/check-out dates, and contact details (email, phone) in one modal, with a direct link to the full profile if that's what's actually needed. No navigating away from the guest's message to go look them up.

Phone & check-out — edit once, sync everywhere
When something actually needs correcting — a wrong phone number, an extended check-out date — the full guest profile is a click away from that same preview, with a plain edit form: phone number, check-out date, check-in date, guest name, room number. Save it, and it updates everywhere that guest's information shows up, including back in the inbox.

Dates and contacts staying in sync sounds small until the alternative is a phone number that's wrong in one system and right in another. One source of truth for the desk, visible right where staff are already working. See how it fits your team's workflow at heybutler.io.
